OC CERTIFICATE AND BALANCE UPDATE REQUESTS

Our philosophy is simple: to provide an efficient service so that you may service your clients in a timely manner.  We strive to complete your requests as soon as practicably possible.  We ask for one thing in return: that all your requests are in writing.  We do not take requests over the phone, so please do not be offended when a member of our team insists on this.

You may complete the form below which will generate an email to us, or you may simply email us your requests (we ask that you insert the PS and lot number in the Subject line), or you may download this OC Certificate Request Form and email us at your convenience.

We aim to reply to all Balance Update requests the same day provided they are received prior to 1:00 pm.

Our office hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.  Any requests received from 5:00 pm will be deemed to be received at 9:00 am the next business day.
